My Philosophy is that Real Estate is not a “Sales” business. Real Estate is about “Relationships”.  My goal is to build a relationship with my clients to help me understand their specific needs in order to find the “right fit” that meets their criteria.  My wide range of experience over the past 39 years includes sales of Homes and Condominiums for both Personal and Investment use, and Vacant Land. I have personal “fix and flip” experience, and I also own rental/investment properties. I provide support for Agents.  I also Mentor/Coach new agents working with Buyers and Sellers, and help them with Contract writing, overcoming Objections, learning about Lending, the Title process, Property Inspections....everything from start to finish including compliance.. I also provide a high level of support in helping Agents write strong offers along with creative negotiation strategies for this competitive market. In my spare time I love to travel, hike, mountain bike, ski, and spend time with my family!
